She's a little awkward. The office is clean and the staff is nice.

Dr Renee Sato is a great doctor. I realize that even if a doctor has a lot of stars, that doesn't make them any better than the rest. What makes them good is by experiencing them as a patient, as I have. She may not be talkative and disrespectful as some other doctors can be (saying how obese we're getting), though I CAN say that she knows what she's doing, especially with new techology now days as we like to be updated, not outdated. She's soft spoken, and also has a calm & pleasant demeaner about her... which is great! I have the utmost trust in her for any surgery out there.. especially for me. She had performed my surgery that lasted about 4hrs, and did an excellent job! Thank you & Kudos to Dr. Renee Sato!!

PROS:-easy to schedule an appointment in a short period of time-seems knowledgable about her field of practiceCONS:-front desk lady is not friendly. it's hard to explain. she's not rude but lacks initiative to acknowledge patients at the window. she doesn't give eye contact or even speak unless you initiate the conversation.-treats her patients like a business and not like people-doesn't share health information unless you ask...so if you don't know what to ask, you are pretty much not going to get very much from your appointment-lacks bedside manners
