Dr. Quick did vascular surgery Saturday and she did a wonderful job.. She explained ed everything that she would do before the surgery..she was terrific and. Because she was so calm and explained everything I felt at ease. She asked me if I was scared, I said no because I just knew that she had a good reputation and was recommend by my cardiologist.

The other reviews are completely accurate. Dr. Quick is wonderful but her staff is horrendous. They are rude, do not follow through with their duties with regard to the insurance companies and then lie about their neglect and have only ever returned one phone call to me. I am shocked that they are allowed to get away with this level of unprofessionalism.

I was very satisfied with Dr. Quick, unfortunately she has one of the worst office and nursing staff I have experienced in this town. If her ratings are low it has nothing to do with her as a physician, she is excellent. She just needs to fire and rehire her entire office and nursing staff and find professional and courteous competent people.
