He makes you feel like you're stupid for asking questions about your diagnosis. He doesn't explain diagnosis very well. Never clear about treatment.

At first I was very impressed that as a new patient I was able to make an immediate appointment. That should have been my first clue that something was wrong. Upon meeting Dr. Mabanta for the first time, I found him to be very rude, short with his words, not interested in much I had to say. My first impression left me with a bad taste, however I came back for a follow up with the hopes that I had caught this Dr. on a bad day, however he was equally rude to the point that I felt as though he felt that I was wasting his time, like he had something better to do. This man calls himself a Dr, however in all my experience I have never ever felt so dismissed by anyone in the profession. His work ethic, attitude seriously need to be adjusted. No wonder he has immediate openings, seems like other people have already experienced his service and made a choice to find another Neurologist. I too have made that choice.

He was the worst neurologist I have ever met in my life. He gave me a spinal tap. He was extremely rude and impatient. He did not explain what he was going to do or how he was going to perform the lumbar tap. He ignored several my questions during the actual lumbar tap. I really dont like that clown at all. Stay away from him. If you are ever in Virtua Hospital and you have to see a nuerologist, request anyone but that guy. I have never written a review in my life, but my disgust for him has provoked me to write my first one ever.
