WARNING DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR UNCARING!!!! After being a patient with him for over 25 years with my whole family I got upset on the phone during the virus crisis and he decided to discharge me as a patient in my time of need. First of all I set the appointment to refill my prescription to manage my diabetes and to get some anti anxiety medication. They scheduled an appointment with me never telling me it was a tele-health appointment, so I'm driving to his office when I receive the email for tele health no big deal. I then hurry home and login on time and waited 22 minuted on video chat when to my surprise I get a phone call instead of them picking up the video call. The nurse ask me what my appointment is for and I tell her to refill all my prescriptions. She then asks can you tell me what those our and I say are you kidding me Dr. Novoa prescribed them you look them up she was so confused and just plain ill informed I got upset and yelled at her to cancel my appointment. To my… surprise I call back a week later and he discharges me!! He couldn't pick up the phone and ask what the problem was after 25 years with no incidents. I have many health issues from the past. I have been seeing Dr. Novoa for a little over 4 years now. He is a very caring and compassionate doctor. He will keep you apprised of labs, mammos, etc that are needed to maintain your health. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor that will listen to them and provide excellent services and follow up. His staff is great and a joy to work with, especially Robert. No one likes to go the doctor. But, since we all need to, just as well to go to one that is pleasant and easy to relate to and knows their stuff. Hard to find. I would give ten stars if available.

I was a patient of Dr. Novoa’s for over 10 years. He and his staff were always accomodating to get me scheduled even when ill and needing to be seen immediately. He is the kind of doctor that patiently listens to you and interacts with you. I felt like I was involved in my care. My input was taken into consideration. His staff was also helpful with my insurance and the changes through the years. I left his practice solely because my new insurance said he was not in network with them. I always recommend him to people looking for a doctor.

He has been my wife’s doctor for about 10 years. He is helping my wife through difficult times, he is a great doctor. Also his nurse Miley is compassionate And helpful at all times. Dave and Carmen

Dr novoa is a very kind caring understanding person he is truly a blessing to his profession as well as our community. His bedside manners are incredible and his diagnoses are spot on...

Dr. Novoa is a very kind a caring Doctor who took the time to listen to me and follow up with my illness. Very happy with my first visit.
