I am very thankful that my daughter was able to undergo her heart procedure. It was very hard for us parents but the way the provider explained everything gave us ease and he also provided assurance that himself and a team of professionals will take care of her. This opportunity is very rare and my family is forever grateful. Thank you very much.

No bad experiences. This provider had a very good bedside manner, very experienced, kind and straightforward. Did not appear to hold any bias towards his parents or blame them for malachis condition and did not lash out at all. I have had a terrible experience with another provider who could not keep her emotions out of it and do her job. This doctor was able to see reasonably what is going on and provided legit evidence to support it.

We always have good experiences at Providence. Drs are great and helpful and so are the staff members from check-in people to Dr assistants.

Dr. Jensen was thorough and listened to my questions regarding my sons health and was funny with my son which he always likes. He immediately addressed that a test he had ordered at our last yearly check up was not followed through with by staff and apologized due to the order then expiring and ordered another test. I had previously called and inquired about the test and the person I spoke with had no idea what I was talking about.
