Richard C Chandler, MD

Rich Chandler is one of the nicest doctors that I have met. He treated my husband in the ER so there was a long wait but this was not anyone's fault. More critically ill patients had to be seen first. Rich was very personable and was right on the money in is diagnosis. He also has a wonderful bedside manner. In fact our experience at PenBay Medical Center was very pleasant. This is the first hospital that I have ever made such a statement. Thank you Dr. Rich Chandler, and the wonderful staff at PenBay.
