I contacted the on call OB while 24 weeks pregnant. I called him 4 times with no response. Finally the office staff called him on his cell and he called back right away. He didn’t truly address my concerns and simply didn’t really seem to care. I pray he’s not on call when I deliver my or I’ll be delivering at another hospital.

I had good experiences with Harlan during appointments, but due to his and his staff’s negligence I was unable to receive needed medication. I called the office and the refill line several times for over a week trying to get to the bottom of the issue with a refill that is usually automatic only to be hung up on, misinformed, and generally condescended to. I am still without my medication and I will not be returning to Harlan’s office. Find a doctor that cares about their patients.

Dr. Harlan saw me for all three of my pregnancies and everything went great. He performed 3 c-sections on me with no complications. I would go to him again in a heartbeat.

Dr. Harlan is an excellent Doctor and I would recommend him to everyone. He is kind, caring, non-judgmental and he listens! He takes time to explain everything asks if you have questions and makes you feel like a person not a number. Truly a first class doctor and personâ?¥

DR Harlan was the best doctor i ever had. He was very nice, caring and I felt very comfortable with him! I am pregnant,with my 2nd child and i wish i lived in the cleveland area so he could deliver my son.
