Dr. Greco performed my breast lift and augmentation after having had gastric bypass, 5 years prior. About five years after that, I was diagnosed with DCIS (breast cancer) in the left breast. I had to have a lumpectomy and radiation. I waited until I was well past that 5 years cancer-free mark. Almost 7 years from the first surgery (Sept. 2019), I sought out Dr. Greco to perform my reconstruction and he found that my left implant had ruptured (possibly due to the radiation). My results have been phenomenal, in my opinion! I have very little scarring, and look almost completely normal. I have retained sensation in both nipples, after both surgeries that required incisions around the areola, vertically down from the breast crease and horizontally along the breast crease. While I was going to have my needed corrective breast surgery, I decided to get a neck lift to rid myself of the hereditary sagging neck, that was exacerbated after having gastric bypass 15 years prior and being almost 50… years old.; the results were phenomenal! My photos can attest to the statements I have made! I'd be happy to share my experience with anyone who is concerned and would like to speak to the person behind those before and after photos. You bet that I agreed to have my photos shared for others who are considering the procedures and attesting to my results from this amazing surgeon, his nurses, and staff! Ive wanted to have my breasts done for years. After finally making up my mind to have the procedure, i decided to search for a surgeon. I narrowed my search to 3 surgeons in the area and had consultations with each. Dr. Grecos office was by far the best experience. After an indepth 1.5 hour consult, I knew Dr. Greco was the surgeon that could deliver exactly what i was looking for. His staff and patient care coordinator were very compassionate and knowledgeable and i was able to reserve a surgery date before leaving the office. It has been 3 months since my surgery and I'm so happy to have had the procedure I've always wanted and finally feel confident in myself. I cant stress how important it is to feel like you're in the best of hands and at Dr. Grecos office you can expect the best quality of care.

After one month post breast reduction, I feel great due to Dr. Greco's skill as a surgeon. I should have had the surgery year's ago but just didn't get around to doing it. Dr. Greco corrected the botched double mastectomy a surgeon performed ten years ago. I found him through Realself.com, wrote for a consultation and within a few days received an email from Dr. Greco. His office followed up with an appointment contact. The staff was supportive, caring and understood my fears about having implants replaced after 10 years. I had been told by the previous doctor to live with the botched surgery and "get a push up bra" to support the falling right implant. Breast cancer is traumatic enough and one does not want to hear live with it and there is nothing to be done. Dr. Greco removed the saline implants and replaced them with 'gummy bear' type implants. During the first follow up visit he told me he would never tell me "to live with it" and would be there to support me as long as I needed him and his staff. I am grateful to Dr. Greco and his staff and have other surgeries planned for the future!

I had a breast reduction and a breast lift with Dr. GRECO in June. First of all Dr. Greco bedside manner is incredibly professional and personable. From the days prior to the surgery to the day after he called me himself on his own time to check on my status and to answer any questions I am an Office Manager and a nurse and I have never ever seen a Dr call his patients after surgery every day He won me by this I'm so pleased with my appearance and the outcome of my reduction. His nurse Beverly and his staff are fabulous. I highly recommend him.

Nearly four months ago I had an upper lid blepharoplasty and brow lift performed by Dr. Greco. I healed more quickly than anticipated and my incision line are not even visible. Before this procedure I had droopy ids and low brows. I looked angry and serious. Now I feel better about myself because I look on the outside like I feel on the inside, pleasant and approachable.
