At Family Health Associates expect to sit in the waiting room for 20-25 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. This has happened to me at every one of my appointments. It's easy to schedule an appointment, as they always have openings, but keep in mind you will spend 1-2 hours there just waiting. When the nurse brings you in to assess/speak with you, Dr. Bell does the complete opposite of what his nurses and patients want him to do. I've been sick for nearly a year and apparently there is 'nothing' he can do. Last time he prescribed any antibiotic for the infection was 6 months ago. He does not take the time to get to know his patients and is not caring. He is only there to do the bare minimum. I am extremely dissatisfied with him as well as his clinic. I would not recommend any of it. Your better off going to urgent care, they will treat you better and get you in to see the doctor faster.
