Dr. Richard Ray, MD

Dr. Ray is an amazing doctor, very patient and considerate of your medical problems. I have been seeing him for 6 months and never had a problem. I have seen some of people's reviews and just to clear things up people treat you how they get treated so if you're. Rude expect to be treated like that. Have respect and you'll be respected. Also the comment of notes all over the walls is true but they are for informative reasons not to be rude. So give someone a chance and they'll give you one.

Richard Ray “MD” must Truly lack an ounce of Integrity. Because somehow, without seeing me as a patient, and with clearly no idea of how my injury was sustained,(falling through a customers stairs and hitting the concrete floor on my knee) he made the “Qualified judgement” that needing a shot in my knee, should not be covered. Take note people. These types of “MDs” are out there. Selling their signature and shady diagnosis's to the highest bidder. It used to mean something to be a Doctor, it commanded respect because they were a standard above most. It doesn’t pay to work hard for a company, get hurt, than go right back to work as soon as you can walk again, they’ll only use it against you. Patients be warned!!! As for the Doc, I hope someone shows this to him, maybe it’ll remind him that he’s not going unnoticed. People still have a voice and should use it when they are victims of an unjust system. As always, this is just my recent experience, from a doctor I’ve never seen,… yet somehow fell victim to. Good luck.

Got me right in an waiting to get my first vivitrol shot. Had to cancel a lot due to distance... But they get me an appt. About whatever day I choice...

Doctor was not very sympathetic to my life long condition.Will not be going back. Also staff was not professional at all,a lot of swearing, never experienced anything like it before,,

The examining room was sticky and dirty. The cases for the pillows on the examining table were stored under the table on a filthy dust covered shelf. The supply box (tool box) had a month plus of dust on it. The floors along the the walls were absolutely disgusting. The trash can lids looked as if the had not ever been cleaned. Dust cannot accumulate to that degree if the rooms were cleaned every day. I think the only part of the room that was not filthy was the vinyl top on the examination table. Really, how long does it take to clean an 8' by 10' room?

The office staff was very unprofessional talking loud using the "F" bomb quite a bit. Maybe they don't realize when the glass door to the office is opened everyone in the waiting room can hear their conversation. I also noticed they talk badly about patients after they leave an appointment. If your going to talk about people nasty or make fun of them at least have the courtesy to close the door and talk softly so everyone in the waiting room doesn't have to hear it. Very unprofessional.
