I was referred to Dr. R after my optometrist noticed a retina problem. Dr. R performed surgery within a week. I think Dr. R did his job, I guess his staff did too -- they are just extremely rude about it. The office is cold, like an ice box and their attitudes match. It's bad enough that patients are there with a vision crisis, do we really have to be treated so poorly. Dr Roe, invest in customer training for your staff, it may help your practice in the long run
