Dr. Richard Shafter Field, MD

Dr. Field is amazing!!! He listened to my problem and was the only physician who was able to relieve the pain in my knee by removing the fluid and injecting it with a steroid. The office staff was so kind and worked hard to get me in quickly. I highly recommend this practice.

I have been a patient of Dr Field for several years. He is the most helpful, kind, and patient physician I have ever visited. He is a great listener and helped me with my Polymyalgia Rheumatic-a, my arthritis, my bursitis, and my spinal stenosis. He seems to genuinely care about his patients.

would not even make eye contact, didn't answer any questions with anything other than backhanded remarks about people wanting to be on disability. I am looking for more ability and a competent physician to guide me. This man is neither and deserves not one cent of the money he has stolen from me.

Have been in the healthcare business for 27 years and have never worked with any physician as rude or uncaring as Dr. Field. He never looked us in the eye or expressed any concern for my husband. He treated my husband like he was there to get more drugs and hinted that he was there looking for disabillity which is not the case. We never even asked about this. We only went there because my husband has been seeing a rhuematologist for several years and he is retiring. We needed someone to follow him up and want to get him better so he can return to a better quality of life. I would definitely not recommend this doctor to anyone. The ladies in the office however were very great and deserve a lot of thanks.

This is a wonderful group. They are very personable and not only Dr. Field but his staff all treat you as if your the only patient they have and your very important. Dr. Field is very knowledgeable, I feel lucky to have found him.

The staff is awful! They don't return calls, assist with getting medical records and when you notify the doctor of how rude the staff is, he does nothing. The doctor may be a great doctor, but they're are other fabulous doctors in the area that have excellent staff who are care about the customer that pays the bills!

Dr. Field has treated me for the last twelve years. He is one of the best doctors I've encountered. Down to earth, very caring with depth.

Dr. Fields is very thorough. He's kind and caring and really listens. I knew in my situation that there was probably nothing more he could do for me...but he covered all the bases and that brought me great comfort.

Dr field is the best Dr I have ever had. I have gone to him for over 15 yrs. He also sees my mother and sister. He listens to you and takes care of your medical problem. He takes time with you at every visit. I adore him and his staff and hope he never retires!

He is very friendly, and apparently knowledgeable as some of the doctors use him for advice for their mutual paients.
