I cannot believe the 1 star review writer. Not sure what their problem was but this is so untrue. The staff in the office as well as the Colonscopy Center (where the procedure was done) was soooo caring, soooo thorough, sooo professional and down right nice. They answered all questions prior to and up to the procedure this morning. Dr. Van Eldik was genuine, professional, took more than enough time and answered every question my husband and I had (and we had 7 or 8 after the procedure). I have had 4 colonscopy and my husband 3. The first two in Texas and one in Tampa and now this one as we retired here. No doctor was better than Dr. Van Eldik and no staff was better. My husband is changing from his doctor to Dr. Van Eldik. I am pleased with this doctor and he has my full vote of confidence
