excellent bedside manner, clear explanation of issues

Dr. Jackson and his staff are awesome!!! Very caring bedside manner. Takes time to explain diagnosis/treatment and has a very professional yet casual and caring demeanor. Have referred many folks to him and will continue to do so. One thing I like about him, is that he is a Christian, although he does not openly discuss this. I could tell by his actions that he was, so I asked him outright. He does charity work and to me that is awesome. Someone with his multitude of talent that gives back. How great is that? Cannot imagine anyone having a negative experience with him or his staff.

I am exceedingly thankful to have found Dr. Jackson after my mother sustained a broken arm yesterday. His friendly smile, kind manner and solid expertise were a most welcome respite from concern for her health. Finding Dr. Jackson at the end of the road after an injury and navigating insurance & immediate care was like finding a healing oasis. This doctor could not have been more lovely and I have every confidence in his skill.

At my request I was referred by my primary care physician for knee pain. This physician did a couple of x-rays and ordered an MRI. Thinking that my problem was a meniscus tear. He never contacted me with the MRI results I had to call his office. Someone in his office gave me the results of a meniscus tear and said he wanted to do a scope. No other explanation was given. I was not offered any other informatin or another office visit. I called back after my vacation and never received a call to date. It has now been 2 weeks. I went to another doctor who said that the previous diagnosis was incorrect! Maybe thats why no one ever called me back!!!!!

I have had Dr.J for 12 1/2 years, and through time I haven't needed him, but when I do he is truly awesome!!! Very kind, caring and soft spoken.....I love him and trust him, and have trusted him with my life!!! by the way... his favorite pie is sugar cream :)
