Dr Gillis is always great with me . Always well informed , up to date with my issues and complete and thoughtful with his recommendations. Listens without rushing me and very complete and patient with his answers . Very positive experience; will always recommend him to others

Very disappointed with the staff and as well as the physician. By far the worst doctor's appointment I have experienced from every aspect...agree on no personality, disinterested, very little interest in discussing anything as far as past history and anything at all. Since it was my wellness visit I had to be the one to suggest lab work. My previous primary doctor had retired. I had lab work done and not to my surprise it took 4 phone calls and 6 weeks later to receive the results. And have since found out the labs run were not the appropriate labs per my oncologist. And to continue with this experience I was billed as a new patient office visit instead of a wellness visit even though that is how I scheduled it...since I am in the health field and do scheduling I know I scheduled it correctly as well as this was stated to Dr. Gillis. It was expressed my primary retired and I need the wellness visit as part of my health insurance. After 10 hours on the phone....hours on… hold...multiply calls to nurse, billing, my own insurance company and the clinic manager they would not correct the billing and would not change it to a wellness visit. Billed as establishing care....So I have to pay for the entire visit. I will be looking for a new primary and most definitely outside of Froedtert. The clinic was also not handling Covid in a safe manner compared to other health facilities I have experienced.
