Dr. Cooper treats you as if you are his ony patient when he is with you. He listens carefully and explains everything in a caring and informative manner.

Dr Cooper is a great diagnostician who is caring and attentive. He is always on time and yet when he is attending to your needs you feel like you are his only patient. A warm person and knowledgable doctor who cares about his patients. What more could one wish for?

I AM A NEW PATIENT TO THIS DOCTOR. WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. I MADE MY APPOINTMENT WAS EMAILED ALL MATERIAL AND GOT SEEN ON TIME. MINES TIME WAS 2 PM I WAS SEEN BY 1.55 THAT IS GREAT ...NICE MAN NICE WOMANS IN THE OFFICE TOO.

I have been a patiet of Dr. Cooper's for over 10 years. He is an Excellent doctor. I NEVER write reviews but felt I must based on a review I saw here. The man must be mistaken and not speaking about the right office. The Staff at Doctor Coopers have been with him for a long time. They are always very friendly, pleasant, and a happy environment to walk into.

I never write reviews, so the fact that I'm being provoked to share my thoughts here means I have been pushed to my limit. Dr. Cooper is a kind and thoughtful doctor and I have experienced no problems with his service. However, the headaches involved in dealing with his staff after a visit are just not worth it. They keep sending me invoices for a bill I paid months ago -- at first I thought it was a new bill and paid again. No one (other than me) caught this accounting mistake. Later, I received a very expensive bill from Quest. I wondered why Quest didn't take my insurance. Turned out they sent my benefit information with my maiden name -- that I had changed a couple of years before and that they should have been aware of since it was on my new card. Not a big deal, right? I can call them and have them fax the right name to Quest. Wrong. They told me it was my problem, they wouldn't help/ couldn't help -- just refused to refax my correct name. What a rude, incompetent staff. I am… shocked the doctor let's them treat patients this way.
