Dr. Knowles, and his staff, too, is the kindest, most caring PCP we have encountered - and with our medical problems, we've had a few!! Been all over the country, but never had a doctor that doesn't worry about the clock on the wall, he worries about the patient in the office. You don't mind if it takes a few minutes to get to your room, because he is going to spend as much time with you as he did with the patient before you! And he listens...AND THEY ALL CARE!! How often do you get this in a doctor anymore - HE TRULY CARES, even returning calls to you himself, not thinking your situation isn't important and just letting the nurse call you. He is one of a kind, and we would not give up this truly God-sent doctor for anything!! We would tell all to never hesitate to be his patient!! A+++++

Dr. Knowles is a very personable and friendly doctor. Extremely professional and thorough upon his examination. A very positive experience since I came from a Doctor in Cookeville where I had to ask him to take my blood pressure and weight. Dr. Knowles staff is very knowledgeable, courteous and thorough also. Combined, they are a great team that cares for their patients. I highly recommend their services. Scott
