I would give him 10 stars if possible. He is the best urology doctor I have ever met. He fully explains anything he will be doing and listens to what I have to say

Dr Whitmore is one of the finest physicians I have ever had to see. He took time to explain my situation (prostrate cancer) to my wife and I and answered any questions or addressed concerns we had.. I have continued as a patient with Dr..Whitmore because I have full confidence in his ability. Only doctor I have ever had that I can say I actually look forward to appointments with. His nurse and staff are also a pleasure to deal with. Dr.Whitmore is a wonderful physician and a fine man.

Dr. Whitmore is excellent. He genuinely cares about his patients and he's also very knowledgeable in his field.

I have problems with Dr. Whitmore's staff getting my prescription issues taken care of. They don't follow up with me, or the pharmacy. I even had TriCare call and give his nurse the number to call and verify my prescription and they still hadn't called after more than a week of waiting, AND the pharmacy faxing them the appropriate paperwork a week before that. And something like this has happened every time I need my prescription renewed, or verified. I will not even go into the blood-work problems I've had!

I was a patient of Dr.Whitmore when he was in Rocky Mount, N.C. He performed a complete prostate removal on me after a diagnosis of prostate cancer. This physician was extremely thorough in discussing treatment options, surgical care, and was always available to discuss any concerns that I had; even to the point that he gave me his home telephone number that I could call him at anytime with questions or concerns. I have the greatest admiration for him.
