Dr. Robert A. Badalament, MD, FACS

I would highly recommend Dr. Badalament. He is knowledge and caring. He and his office staff are amazing.

I was fortunate enough to be seen by Dr. Badalament after a visit to the Emergency Room for a kidney stone that a different urologist ignored. I was previously admitted months earlier and was seen by someone who was nowhere near as attentive or forthcoming with information as Dr. Badalament. The previous urologist only addressed one kidney with surgeries, and decided to put off my other side, even though a 6mm stone had formed. I was so impressed with meeting him and with what was a 3rd surgery (the first he performed on me), that I stopped seeing the previous urologist and transferred everything to him and his team. He quickly put a plan in place and ended up addressing both sides. My final follow-up was in-office for a stent removal, as one of my previous stents had been removed during surgery when another was put in the opposite side. I was seen promptly at the time my appointment was set to start, and the total prep time and procedure only took minutes. He even let me watch on… the monitor and although an unpleasant feeling, it was nice to be aware and follow along as he performed the removal, in addition to both him and his assistant who explained everything. I hope I never have to return for another kidney stone, but if I do, I highly recommend Dr. Badalament and his friendly staff. I only wish I could remember the name of his medical assistant to say how great, professional, and personable she was as well!

Dr. Badalament did my surgery for Kidney stone removal. He is very kind and personable with great bedside manner and has a lot of experience. I felt very confident in his care. He even called to check on me after the surgery.

After my worst doctor's visit ever, I received an email on May 18, by the "Practice Manager" Michelle Garcia, who stated that she was going to be available on Monday the 21 after 1pm. and asked me the best time to contact me. I wrote, Monday at 2pm would be fine. Tomorrow is Monday the 28th and I am still WAITING for her phone call. I can see why this doctor's office staff conducts in such an unprofessional manner because if the "Practice Manager" who is supposed to lead and set an example, cannot even fulfill her promise of a simple phone call, what can you expect from the rest of the office. What a shame because Dr. Badalament is such a great doctor, when you get to see him, that is.

Dr Badalament is an excellent Dr. I can't express enough hoe professional, he and his staff are. What I like most is that he does everything for your best interest. He takes his time to explain everything to you and he also listens to you as an individual not just a patient. I recommend Dr Badalament to everyone and anyone needing to see a urologist.
