Dr. Braunfeld makes you feel like you are his only patient. He spends the needed time with you. Answers all your questions.

He makes you feel like you are his only patient. Takes the time needed. I did not feel rushed.

It is time to retire!!! He has screamed at me and other patients in office! Cannot handle computer so gets frustrated and yells for help! His staff are rude, uncaring, and sarcastic on the phone! I feel afraid to call! When you mention this to Doctor, he says they are here to protect me!!! Has an anger problem! Needs help himself!!!!

Have been a patient of Dr. Braunfeld for well over 15 years. Recently, problems I've expressed have been ignored. Bedside manner has declined - instead of being seen as a person, I get the impression that I'm only a number, just another patient the doctor has to see and get through a visit. I have since decided to switch to another primary care physician. Some members of the office staff are rude, abrupt, and uninviting. Comments show a lack of caring and a difficult time is experienced in what should be routine procedures. Dr. Braunfeld thus conveys an attitude that his opinions are the only ones that count. If you express disagreement, he vehemently cuts off your ideas, questions, and concerns. Very dissatisfied with this provider. This physician did not appropriately handle a situation with a family member's illness. Sided and supported a hospital and physician who clearly made major mistakes and caused unnecessary suffering and illness to family member. Will not listen to concerns… of a different persuasion.

Dr. B is a no nonsense guy that tells it like it is. He takes whatever time is necessary with his patients. He is not afraid to prescribe necessary meds and / or test that he feels is required. He treats his patients like they are part of the team in the care. He takes time to listen to his patients.

Fair doctors, night staff great (Mary and Anne are very nice and helpful). Will NOT call or bother coming in during day time, day staff is very unpleasent!

Maybe it is because I have been going there for 34 years, but I find Dr Braunfeld to be finest physician. He asks the right questions and prescribes the right treatment. The staff has always been nasty. If Dr Braunfeld has a weakness, it is hiring bad helpers.

After being with this office for over 30 years, I lost my insurance. I was able to go on Medicare but this office would not except me because they do not accept "wards of the state". It's all about the money not about being Doctors
