The real upsetting fact to me is that you have so many elderly patients on Medicare who have trouble seeing, and difficulty completing forms, and arranging payments to your office that would not have to tolerate this extra troublesome effort if you accepted Medicare assignment. This fact proves to me that you place financial gain far above the welfare of your patients. You should be ashamed of yourself.

My appointment for my 4 month old daughter was at 4 o'clock so I came in at 3:30 to make sure I could fill out paperwork or anything else that needed to be done prior to my appt. I was taken back to the exam rooms and ask by the nurse what was going on then after that nothing for 1 1/2 hours...I waited with a 4 month old baby. Finally about 5:30...I went and had to look for a nurse....they said well we close at 6 so might want to reschedule or something...I took time off work as did my mother to have this doctor if you can call him that look at my child...how inconsiderate...When I went to reschedule, the front desk said it was going to be the same kind of issue tomorrow...Worst doctors office that I have ever been to. I know that you do have a bit of a wait when at a doctors office but 1.5 hours...that's ridiculous!!
