I was a new patient. I had moved from Alabama to here. My Dr in Alabama new all my diagnosis I have a lot and also knew with these there are times when I get up in the morning and know I can't make my appointment. Dr Capps will profess to be a Christian but this man with held my medication and noted in my records if I missed 1 more appointment he would no longer keep me as a patient. When I showed up for my last appointment he had no idea of all my problems! He doesn't get to know his patients at all! So my next appointment they called to make sure I was coming I said no and I will no longer be his patient. They asked why and I told them but sure nothing got back to him. Those few days without my Rheumatoid meds was so very painful along with my CRPS. He was more interested in talking Bible than caring and learning about his patient! I wouldn't say a Christian would behave in this way. Made me change doctors and rethinking the Christian ways

Dr. Capps is very compassionate, a good listener. Very good examination & is truly interested in the well being of his patients.

I have been seeing Dr Capps for over 25 years now for my lupus and rheumatoid arthritis and have never met a more compassionate and attentive doctor. He listens closely to everything I say and sticks with me and researches everything until he has an answer and a plan of treatment for every sign and symptom. He treats me like a real person - a special person - and that is rare in doctors these days!!
