I’m having a hard time NOT using profanity. My mother called me in tears and said she had never been made feel so low in her life. He spoke to her rudely and made a comment that she doesn’t understand English. SHE HAS AN ACCENT, YOU GIANT UNPROFESSIONAL BUFFOON!!! SHE HAS BEEN IN US FOR OVER 20 YEARS!! IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT ALL YOUR FOREIGN PATIENTS?! She will understand you fine if you don’t belittle her and not talk to her as if she is an idiot. If you speak 2000 words per minute nobody will understand you whether English is their first or third language! How many do you speak?!

He is an excellent practitioner and surgeon, straight shooter, right to the point, not there for small talk or a chat or to hold your hand. I have had minor and major surgeries with him since 1990, and the results have been stellar!

I asked one simple question to Dr. Dalsey about my son's fracture and he started screaming at me. This man should not be practicing medicine. My son had ro witness this man in my face yelling about a process when all I did was ask if it was normal for his fingers to have some pale spots in a new cast put on.

Dr. Dalsey is the most rudest person I have ever had to deal with in my life. I saw him for an injury I sustained and he did not explain anything to me, rushed me, got very annoyed by questions and talked into his machine the whole time. He was so annoyed by questions he flipped out and clenched his teeth screamed and yelled at me and walked out of the room. There is something mentally wrong with this man and he should not be treating patients. I'm a grown woman and was terrified by this man's temper. I really don't understand why and how he is a Doctor. I do not recommend this Doctor to anyone!! I was literally scared for my safety I really don't know what he is capable of with his awful temper.

I've seen this doctor 3x for a workers comp case. The 1st time he said he's not sure what damage I've done by not having treatment for 2 weeks after my injury. That was out of my control waiting on workers comp to approve an appointment. The 2nd time he was surprised I didn't have a meniscus tear and mentioned bruising seen on the mri. He had no idea what was wrong. The 3rd time I was excited to tell him physical therapy is helping tremendously and asked when he thinks I'll be able to kneel without pain as it is part of my job to kneel. He said maybe never because my injury may have triggered my arthritis. The ER doctor mentioned mild arthritis. I refused to see him again after that. He only spoke in his recorder and not to me. Plus seemed bothered by questions.

Dr. Dalsey has major problems. I was a patient a year ago. He threw my X-rays all over the floor. He did not treat my injury properly. My time in rehab was a waste of time and money. The injections were painful and once there were blood all over the place. BEWARE

I went to Dr. Robert Dalsey for a 2nd Opinion. While his Opinion mirrored my initial Surgeon report, he must have left his Attitude & Ethics in the Parking Lot. Not only did he belittle and assassinate my Surgeons record, ability & character. (Which by the way was performed flawlessly) He & his Staff refused to return my original Doctors CD record of the Injury, as well as the X-Ray that was taken in his office. THREE PHONE CALLS & TWO LETTERS and still nothing. Dr. Dalsey fully demonstrated an unacceptable unprofessional attitude to me.

I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. I had a very freak accident with a complicated injury. Dr. Dalsey took the time to explain my injury and what the surgery entailed. I am a police officer with 3 young children. If I wasn't able to work and support my family I don't know what I would have done. Dr. Dalsey got me back to work. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I think Dr. Dalsey is excellent. My 14 year old had a biking accident. I called the office at 4:15 and they told me Dr.Dalsey would wait for me to get there. He should have been done at 4:30 but stayed until almost 6:00 to cast my son's arm. He was very patient and seemed genuinally concerned about my son. The office staff was wonderful, and the women who took the x-rays couldn't have been nicer.
