Dr. Robert Salvatore Dibacco, MD

I had to make an appointment due to something I found on my back--not sure what it was (a mole? Cancer?). I visited his office, and had a few quick tests, and it was not a problem. I was happy with how it worked out but also how quick it wad diagnosed.

My husband developed a large, hard cyst on his chest so we went to see dr. Dibacco. As a very concerned wife I rearranged my day and child care so I could take my husband to his doctor appt. and be there to meet the doctor and see what he could do for my husband. I was told by his staff that I was not allowed back into the treatment room. My husband and I both expressed our concerns and continued to request that I be allowed into the room but was refused . I was told the room was to small. ( which was a lie because the room was large with multiple chairs for family members. ) This is a terrible policy and poor customer service!! I myself am a health care professional and understand how concerned family members can be when their spouse is sick and want to be present during their care. A second set of ears at any doctor appt. is very helpful! This doctor and his staff completely disregarded my concerns . Will never return to this doctor office and would recommend you think twice… before seeing this doctor if you are a concerned spouse/ family member and want to take part in their care. You will be REFUSED entrance.
