He's just the best! We learn something every time we see him.

I’m not sure it’s typical to put a serious assessment or diagnosis in your paperwork without discussing it with you. I received the paperwork in the mail only to read a disturbing disagnosis code that was not discussed during our appointment. I had asked Dr Ward to call to discuss and I have not heard anything. If you care about your patients, give them the curtosey to speak with them in regards to sensitive subjects before indicating them on documents they and others, including insurance companies, will be reading.

This doctor promised to get all my doctors together for the problem I was having so they could talk. He never did. I wrote and wrote - called and called and he never called me back. I was told he could look at my Hyoid Bone - when I went there and asked him - he said forget about that. Go to your neck doctor. He shooed me off so fast and he didn't do what he promised that he would do, get my neck doctor, my primary doctor and maybe a pain doctor. Well, this doctor has NO compassion for his patients and I'm surprised they let him touch children. He does not follow through and would not call me back. Finally he called me back and gave me a name of a pain doctor to go to and that's all he could do for me. He didn't even examine me. I should report him to the highest Board of Directors. I think I will. I have never been to this type of doctor who doesn't want to even try to help you. He should be ashamed of himself and loose his practice. He is utterly disgusting, everytime I… think that I drove into NYC, paid a driver to take me in, for nothing, he is one sorry doctor. Stay away from this man. He is not out for the best interests in your well being. Please believe me!

Turbinate surgeries from ent doctors can cause Empty Nose Syndrome, which damages the nerves in your nose and makes you feel like you're suffocating. Think again before having the surgery.

Great doctor. Performed great sinus surgery on me. Been clear ever since.

Dr. Ward is a brilliant, approachable, kind, gentle doctor. He operated on my son when he was only nine months old and is once again, six years later, treating him for another issue. We moved to Miami three years ago, and I can not find any doctor who even comes close to Dr. Ward. I now bring my son back to NYC do he can be under the care of this incredible physician.

I was very impressed with Dr. Ward. Excellent with kids.I met few, big name pediatric ENT but Dr. Ward was the best for my boy and me.

Fabulous reputation but simply failed his pediatric patient when there was a misdiagnosis by NYP pathology department of a malignant tumor that was erroneously noted to be an inflammation. Was slow to share information with patient and avoided dcoumentation of the fact in his records. The patient's interest came second to the hospital's fear of litigation. Patient engaged a new physician and specialist when patient was provided with minimal information. Very sad and disappointing experience.

EXCELLENT PHYSICIAN- HE IS WHAT ALL PHYSICIANS SHOULD BE. FROM HIS STAFF TO HIS BEDSIDE MANNER.
