According to my experiences with Dr. Foster, whenever his appointment schedule became busy, he lost his patience toward my questions. His attitude and facial expression told me that I was wasting his precious time. I do not think I was treated in a respectful way, especially after the LONG waiting time (30+ min. pasted my scheduled appointment time).
