Poor quality services provided by medical assistants.

We visited the clinic to check my son. And everyone we met from the receptionist to the medical staff was incredibly nice and helpful. We made a procedure for my son and everything went absolutely well. The doctor explained everything to us in details and didn’t spare any effort to help us to take the right decision on that procedure.

We were referred there for a baby: this is essentially a botox clinic, NOT FOR CHILDREN under any mean. Dr Greenberg is an arrogant person, talks over you and scares kids. Didn't even touch my baby yet overmedicated him, wouldn't give me a prognosis or disease ethiology as "it would cost insurance too much to investigate a baby". Complete waste of time: I now have to go to pediatric immunologist & pediatric dermatologist, who assured me they have no problem, insurance-wise, investigating what's wrong with my poor baby so he's not over-medicated and doesn't continue to suffer. Despicable Dr.

it will be nice if they have some kind of reminder for the pt to remember their appt. No mercy on the no show fee. Pay it or no treatment for you

Dr. Greenberg is a good dermatologist who runs an efficient and courteous office staff. I recommend him to all my family members and friends.

I've read from others that they don't like his bedside manner, or that he is arrogant. I and my family have gone to Dr. Greenberg for 8 years, because so far, he and his office have been very competent in their practice. I haven't noticed any bedside manner issues, but if competence is important (which for me is the #1 priority), I think he's great.

Extremely intelligent, top rate dermatologist; accurate in diagnosis. Highly recommended!

He's accurate but wouldn't spend more than 5 minutes with each patient. In general his staff is very rude, especially the two receptionists. They are always mad with everybody.

I have to agree that Dr Greenberg has very poor patient relationship skills. He has never successfully diagnosed my skin problem. Everytime I saw him, he threw samples at me with no explanation as to what type of medication or what it was supposed to do for me. Am going to seek another dermatologist. In short; a long wait in the sitting room for nothing.
