Didn't spend too much time with my son . Was in and out as fast as could be. Found a different doctor.

The waiting times are intolerable. Once in the room the doctor recites a ton of medical jargon to the nurse or assistant (which is not explained to the patient) and presents options none of which are fully explained. There is a rush to force a decision and questions are abruptly and not completely answered. A very unsatisfactory experience compared with my prior dermatologist.

Doctor and staff were professional and very good at what they do. I was very frustrated with having to wait an additional 5 weeks for surgery after waiting 10 weeks for the initial appointment. That is too long to wait and would have preferred my primary care doctor sending me to a general surgeon instead. I have heard that skin cancer patients do not have to wait like I did, but the experience still leaves me not wanting to depend on their office to help me quickly if I had something serious going on.
