Communicates at patient level, does not talk down to you. Very caring and understanding. He has his patient's best interest at heart. He is not there for the money, his puts his heart & soul into his work. Spends enough time to listen and address each concern. Wait time is very short.

This Dr. has very poor bedside manners. He is VERY egotistical and arrogant. He also does not listen carefully to his patients. He drags his feet when it comes to referrals. When he is on call, or has a patients that he is discharging from the hospital, he will not answer any calls or pages. He leaves his patients in a lurch. Knowing what I know now, I would never have gone to him, nor recommend him to any friends, family or colleagues. He is unprofessional and heartless.

I can't say enough good things about this doctor. I've been his patient, for many years, at Kaiser and heard he is moving to Clovis, CA, at the end of the month (Oct.). I would like to follow him, if possible. My husband also goes to him and would like to continue. Thanks,Sandy Johnson
