He has been the principal investigator (PI) of numerous industry-sponsored studies and collaborated with investigators throughout …the country and internationally. Dr. Grossberg was also the PI at Montefiore for several pivotal studies investigating treatments for COVID-19. His work has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals, books, chapters, articles and abstracts, and he has given invited presentations nationally. Dr. Grossberg has been a reviewer for scientific journals including AIDS and Behavior, Clinical Infectious Diseases and the European Journal of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases.Dr. Grossberg is board certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases. He is a member of the Infectious Diseases Society of America, the HIV Medicine Association and the Infectious Diseases Society of New York. Dr. Grossberg has been named in Castle Connolly’s “Top Doctors: New York Metro Area” for several years and in New York Magazine’s Top Doctors in 2021.
