Dr. Robert Lawrence Hatchett, MD

My visit was the most miserable visit I ever had with any doctor he's very unprofessional he's a butcher he shouldn't even have a license to practice medicine his bedside manner is terrible his procedures are terrible and he does nothing but permanently damaging people this guy is a real butcher with a capital b on a scale of 1 to 10 he's about a Sub-Zero as far as a good doctor or professional doctor a real creep and a real butcher and a real good permanent damage to you that's for sure

Horrible experience. Seemed bothered to be there, quick to leave, and bluntly stated he was going to be quick. Ignored the imaging that was done and the examination was a couple minutes. Dismissed the referring doctor's concerns and ignored the medical history of injury in the area of concern. Maybe he knows what he's doing, but there is no confidence in that from the way he treated us. I've had a lot of doctors in the past two years after I was injured. They were all great experiences with every other doctor and each took time to explain what was going on. Hatchett is just horrible. If he does know what he's doing, he didn't show it during my exam. They forgot we were there, he seemed troubled by "one more" patient, told us it would be quick, and was only there for less than five minutes. Choose any other doctor.

Dr. Hatchett's tech found my kidney cancer when there were zero symptoms. Since it was found so early, zero chemos were needed. His PA Stacy is one of the best in the business. If not for the professional care of Dr. Hatchett and his team, I would not be able to live a quality life-health-wise.

my husband had a procedure done last week and is still in a lot of pain and the receptionist is very rude to him when he calls and they will not transfer his call to the nurse or the doctor. not a very good way to run a dr. office..... no one will call him back

Super knowledgable. Spent a lot of time with me discussing my symptoms. Feeling fantastic again thankfully.

The appointment was fine, but the follow up to obtain the results was a nightmare. We called twice with "We'll have a nurse call you back today." That was over two weeks ago. The word "cancer" was mentioned during the check up, so needless to say concern has been in the back of our minds. This is NOT something you allow people to stew about. You return their calls immediately one way or the other and get right on the situation.

Very excellent doctor that knows what he is doing. No people skills and very direct with his actions.

Bedside manner horrible. Doesn't spend adequate time with patients. Doesn't believe when a patient tells him that they are in pain. Inadequate pain medications following surgery. Doesn't believe in admitting a patient following surgery even when you are the very last case of the day. Will discharge patients even when they are vomiting and hold head up after surgery.

Very no-nonsense, but very technically excellent urologist. Is always running late.

I just left dr hatchetts office and was very unpleased. I am a professional myself and work at a local drs office, therefore I know what should be expected. I feel he was very arrogant and uncaring to say the least. He was rude and spent little time with me as a patient. The nurse needs his salary he did nothing expect talk. I felt that was bull as well he put a pill of a bandaid on it and said see me back in 2 weeks. I will NOT be returning to tho office. Being a nurse and having the knowledge I hold I do not reccommend this urologist please go elsewhere, as I will no longer be referring my patients to this office!!!!!
