He is an amazing doctor. Helped diagnose me with endometriosis and gave me a laparoscopy and then I am currently on fertility treatments

I went to him at 41 years old, his words verbatim "you have no estrogen, your FSH levels are too high and you are too old, I will not do IVF on you". Heart wrenching to say the least. He was a cold A-- hole. He only believes in himself and what HE can do, not what GOD may possibly be able to do. EGO to the gill. Well guess what, I got pregnant naturally at 44 and had my baby at 45. I say run from him, not walk......what a sad sack.....

If I could give him no stars, it would be too many. I went in for a consultation for a "simple" procedure to fix a congenital defect and ensure a successful pregnancy. What I got instead was questioned about my problem, made to "prove" I, in fact, had the condition and a stack of fertility pamphlets and testing that he pushed for both my husband and myself totaling $1000s of dollars in bills. No, thank you.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Fertility & Endocrine Associates. I felt very comfortable and happy with the care and treatment I've received from both Dr. Homm and Kit Devine. Dr. Homm diagnosed my severe endometriosis and performed my laparoscopy. Following my surgery he was very open to giving my husband and I the choice on how to proceed with our fertility treatment. He did not push IVF at all, he simply told us that he believed that was our best option. We ended up trying one round of IUI before deciding to move on to IVF. Dr. Homm was supportive of our decisions. After an unsuccessful round of IUI, we had a successful first round of IVF and I just recently found out we are expecting! I cannot thank Dr. Homm and the rest of the Fertility & Endocrine staff enough. We are truly grateful and happy with our experience there.

My wife and I have been together 13 years. Finally we sought out a fertility specialist. Dr. Homm was outstanding. First he diagnosed the endometreosis, then scheduled and performed surgery. After the waiting period post-surgery, we got to it. We conceived the very first time after. Dr. Homm was GREAT!! He was straight-forward, and didnt sugar coat anything. He told us exactly what to expect and when to expect it. Some people have commented of him being rude and condescending. This could not be further from the truth. He did not try to sell us on anything except what needed to be done. We are currently 15 weeks and loving life. Thank you Dr. Homm! We consider you a blessing in our lives.

My husband and I were so impressed by Dr. Homm's warmth and professional manner. We had been treated in another infertility office and did not have a good experience at all. After surgery and follow up treatment, I am six months pregnant and I owe it to Dr. Homm, and his wonderful nurse practitioner, Kit Devine. Any of you who wrote the negative reviews here, I feel very sorry for. I know infertility makes us bitter but I find it hard to believe you are critical of the great professionals who helped us. We love them!

I was referred to Dr. Homm after several miscarriages. My high-risk OB didn't know how to treat my blood disorder and she wasn't very confident that the disorder had anything to do with the 5 miscarriages I had had up to that point. I found Dr. Homm and his staff to be true professionals and very caring. He spent over an hour with my husband and I at our first consultation. He or his nurse Kit usually performed my ultrasounds, ovulation checks and inseminations. (I went 14 months after my last miscarriage until I became pregnant again). I never felt that he pushed us in any one treatment direction and he always suggested IVF and superstim cycles as a last resort option, not a first option. He truly understood and cared about our condition and treatment and he treated the blood disorder seriously. Unfortunately, my last pregnancy did end in miscarriage. I was blown away by how comforting Dr. Homm and his staff were to us that day. I still can picture my husband and I when we were… leaving their office. Dr. Homm, Kit and one of the nurses, group hugged my husband and I. I wish that our story had ended with a baby, but even though it didn't, I will never regret going to this practice. They always tried to help us save money on the prescriptions as well, giving samples when they could. I know that Dr. Homm can be very blunt and that does turn off some patients, especially when we're all in a highly emotional state during infertility treatment and miscarriages. I just hope that people can look past the bluntness and not mistake it for non-caring, as that is not the experience at all that we had.

Do NOT go to this doctor! All he cares about is money. He wanted to do ovarian drilling AND IVF on my very first appointment! He didn't even want to try the least expensive options. Very cold and uncaring during appointments. Don't waste your time!

Bad bedside manner. Did spend a lot of time answering our questions, however he would have done IVF without even trying clomid or inject inked first if we hadn't been apprehensive and felt that was unnecessary without starting with a less invasive form of treatment first.
