Came to see Dr Horth for shortness of breath, had a series of tests, on my 2nd appt he explained to me what I have and how to deal with it. Great bedside manner.

I saw Dr Horth twice for chest pain. He is a very high energy, talkative doctor who is not put off by ANY of my myriad of questions (ya even talking about mortality rates and stuff). I had a very hard time on an intensive dose of Crestor last year with another doctor at Bellin. Dr Horth helped me get my LDL painlessly down to 33 by simple adding Zetia to a low dose of Crestor and modified diet. Even if don't like doctors, if you care about your heart, you will be in good care with Dr. Horth; he seems accepting of patients with all kinds of opinions and questions, no matter where you are in your journey of heart health. He gets out the heart model to explain things and makes sure you get it. He does a lot of his subjective evaluative interviewing techniques while "clicking and pasting" my visit note together and while chatting casually about other topics, then asking his questions. I felt at home with this caring and knowledgeable physician. If you need a second opinion, his clinic has… all the testing too. He has a great nurse who made sure they had access to my most recent labs. Office staff all very friendly and helpful on the phone, too. They assist with getting records easily. Sheboygan is lucky to have this physician. You will be, too.
