Doctor Bundy is the first doctor who has actually taken my narcolepsy seriously. This is a horrible condition that severely affects my life and most doctors act like I’m just lazy. Unfortunately I have not been able to get the medication I need for this condition because his staff is horribly incompetent. I am continuing to suffer for no reason because his staff refuses to fill out the paperwork for me to get my prescription. No matter how good a doctor is if their staff is incompetent you won’t receive decent medical treatment!

Apparently they consider you a new patient if you haven't been there on a regular basis. Do they have to make a certain amount of $ to consider you a patient? They weren't giving me an appointment because I haven't been there on a regular schedule.

I pray he doesn't retire soon. I am grateful for his help. I have a CPAP now and the proper asthma meds! He is wonderful, kind, compassionate and a good sense of humor.
