Dr. Robert J Norris, DO

Dr. Norris is the best. He has helped me when no other doctor has in the past. He listens to what you have to say and does his best to see what can be done under the circumstances. We need more doctors like Dr. Norris. Don't know what I would do without him. He has seen me through a lot of health issues and I am very grateful to him that he has helped me along the way with all of my health issues.

I've been to this doc three times in the last year. I've had dental pain and was saving money to get to a dentist so he helped me by treating the infection and relieving the pain without judging me.

Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Norris. Great doctor!!

The best doctor in the world

This doctor was my dr. for over 5 yrs. He is NO longer at Copper Basin Medical Ctr. and hasn't been since 3/10. He and his wife were in practice together and disappeared leaving patient records to be salvaged by the hospital. Has not reappeared anywhere that I can find. They did not notify anyone and left me hanging needing very important medicine. I feel he needs his license pulled. He wrote bad things about me in my records because I researched the multiple meds he put me on. I diagnosed my own side effects.

I am extremely dissatisfied that Dr. Norris left his practice along with his wife, Dr. Santorufo without leaving me with a current prescription that he should have written and no notification that they were leaving. I had to go by the office to get a # for the hospital who is sending someone over to retrieve medical records that they just left there. This is extremely unprofessional. I was told at the Pharmacy to get a new dr. - that he was moving to Atlanta......it's all about the money! What happened to the oath? I have two thyroid pills...can't get a doctor's appt. in that amount of time. He is just costing me a lot more money and missed medication.
