I am unable to locate to request medical records. Called to different phone numbers. Where is he? I just figured out he was suspended by the NY Workers Compensation Board!

Dr Karpman is no Orthoedic surgeon he’s a crook making 1.5-2 million dollars denying workers comp no fault personal injury people suffer you only see him for 5-10 minutes he never had a treating practice that’s why he does these IMEs he’s a crook he doesn’t ask information on how accident occurred what is your job duties he’s a complete fake if he teaches orthopedic he teaches to deny patience if I was an attorney I would be out suing these IME Doctors sending my patients to a real treating Dr that specializes in each body part to sue the IME Doctor in Supreme Court.i saw this Doctor 2 times for IME waited 45 minutes and was only seen for 7 minutes this dr is no orthopedic surgeon he’s only an IME Dr to destroy the injured patient anyone seems him outside of IME they’d get terrible treatment these IME Drs deserved to get sued millions

I’m not sure why all the bad reviews. I’ve seen him twice now. He performs the tests he needs to do, he talks to you and listens. I think if you’re for real with your medical issues he knows this. If you’re not he knows this. I didn’t ask to fall down the stairs after a faulty repair. I didn’t ask for the surgeries and the painful tests. I’m not scamming the system and he can tell I want to go back to work. I can’t, plain and simple. I can barely get out of bed some days. The IME Dr I saw previously was in the insurance companies pocket and tried to say 6 weeks after surgery I could go back to work. I recorded the examination and he no longer can do IME for workers comp. I recorded Dr Karpman also but did not need to show it to my lawyer and the judge. If you are for real with your disability you need to see him for your IME. If you’re not he will ferret you out.

I agree this Dr is all about money and dont care how it effects peoples lives he lies so bad to make a buck from insurance companys

Beware people if you have to see this hack. Thankfully I video taped my exam. This guy will lie like crazy on the report. He’s just out to make a quick buck doing 5 minute ime exams for insurance companies in liverpool. If you have to see him bring your camera it will help you in the end.
