Dr. Robert Frank Krachman, MD

Dr. Bob was pediatrician for my two now adult children from the time they were both born until they were too old to be his patients anymore. I cannot say enough about what a wonderful doctor he was. He was present at my son's birth, revived him and stabilized him for transfer to Childrens in Boston. The team at the NICU at Childrens said that his prompt treatment and skll were why Tim made it to Childrens and helped prevent serious brain damage and potential death. For the next 18 years he oversaw his care and today Tim is a healthy, brilliant 23 year old man. From the first time we met him when interviewing doctors when I was pregnant with our daughter, 27 years ago, we knew we'd found a gem. He's a caring, compassionate doctor who takes the time with anxious parents and includes the child as they grow in their own care and preventative health management. It was a very sad day for our family when our son moved onto an adult practitioner.
