I'm no neophyte with regards to physicians, and Robert Avery had positively the worst bedside manner I've experienced in 40 years. He didn't prepare me for the ordeal he put me through; I only hope what he did was the right thing to do. He rushed me through so quickly I didn't have a chance to ask.
