Dr Knox was great. Awesome bedside manner and the entire MMC team was wry professional.

He has a excellent bed side manner. I had just had a steroid shot and was so hyper I couldn’t hardly sit still and he was so calm , listen without me feeling rushed and listened to hyper talking with understanding concern. I felt in good hands when I left not like so many others. I also had a colonoscopy with him before and he was watching carefully all motors and having them watch my blood pressure rise, telling them to stop meds. till it went down. I so appreciated that! I’m so confident in him I’m have another colonoscopy in a few weeks. I waited 3 months as I ask just to get him again.

Dr. Knox is a wonderful doctor. He is a doctor who is in and out, but he is caring and kind. His bedside manner was great. If you need a good GI then Dr. Knox is a wonderful choice.

I had a colonoscopy over 3 weeks ago with Dr. Knox. Although I have called 4 times and left 3 different messages with his office, no one has bothered to return my calls!

People beware!! The rudest doctor I have ever met!! No bedside manner or compassion at all. wrong diagnosis for me for over two years! I have suffered tremendous pain for an entire year. I would not take my worst enemy to him!!

After years of trying to figure out why I was so sick, traveling to doctors all over the state, getting the wrong diagnosis, and getting even more sick, I finally saw Dr. Knox. And because of his diligence and expertise I am now feeling great. I would definately recommend him. His bedside manner is interesting because sometimes he is friendly and sometimes he gets to the point. But I wouldn't trust my health to any other gastro. He has literally saved my life.

Appropriate tests weren't scheduled as required. Wrong tests were performed. Remote nature. Visits consisted of looking at his computer screen and listening to lab results. Doesn't like questions. Did not follow up on an emergency situation.
