Dr. Schiff has been my personal care physician for approximately 25 years. That should speak for itself!! He has made the right call / diagnosis for my medical issues each and every time. He has also been great in referring me to specialty doctors when the need occurred. Dr. Schiff is an excellent listener, and a doctor who is compassionate, understanding, and so much more. He is the best!!!

When called on a insurance bill whose classification he CHANGED after I left (and I was stuck with expensive lab fees) he acted like a person who was teased all his life and finally found a power position...extremely rude and arrogant. Failed to disclose any of the billing changes. And would not correct. Dubious.

Best doctor I've ever had. He was very busy before he started his MDVIP. Now he is available whenever and even answers cell phone calls.

WAS a great doctor until he threw approx. 2100 patients under the bus to make MORE money and treat only the rich who can afford his MDVIP practice... a sign of the times. Sad and very very disappointing in a doctor I once thought was terrific and caring. Caring... not so much anymore. Hence the low rating.

Takes time to explain diagnoses. Preserves privacy of patient.Done great job in referral to other experts in the medical field when needed. DR. SCHIFF IS AN EXCELLENT PHYSICIAN AND HAS HANDLED MY EMERGENCIES WITH CARE, EXPERTISE!

Dr. Robert L. Schiff has been our PCP since 1985 and we would not change doctors unless he retires. He is a caring, patient, doctor who is interested in his patient's wellbeing. He takes the time to find out what is wrong and then helps with a course of action. He is very interested in giving his patients the best care possible. These are some of the reasons he is rate #1 as a doctor.
