very poor experience with this practice. They overbook so the office is always crowded. I waited close to an hour for one appointment because a woman came in who did not have an appointment and they pushed her in ahead of me. No explanation or apology from the staff or Dr. Weiss. I had ear surgery and I was not given comprehensive information about the process. The surgical assistant specifically told me my insurance would cover all costs but I ended up with a bill of over $700.00. I did not hear from the dr. after my surgery; no call to see i I was all right and no call to schedule a post surgical follow up. When I spoke to Dr. Weiss, he told me I should have called to make the appointment myself. Very poor attitude and client service. This office is a prime example of quantity over quality. I would not go back.

He should not be practicing. He shows signs of mental illness, talks with his eyes closed and makes little sense when he speaks. He tried to diagnose my sinus problems as "something spinal" although he is an ENT doctor. He's rude, dismissive of what a patient is feeling, and randomly started pinching my face and neck very hard. He should have his license taken away.

I have come for several separate issues over the last couple of years-tinnitus,sinus infections and headaches. The professionalism of Dr. Weiss and the entire staff has been terrific. Count me as a VERY satisfied patient. And balloon sinuplasty has been life changing to date. 2 thumbs up! Thank you all.
