Dr. Robert Lang, MD

I just now started to see Dr. Lang this week. WOW! He spent over an hour and a half in a consultation and there was so much information he gave me to improve my health that I started taking notes. I told him I felt I was in a seminar! I left with renewed hope that his advice and treatment will improve my quality of life. I highly recommend him if you have any of the problems that he specializes in.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lang's for over 20 years and travel over 1 hour to meet with him. I appreciate his knowledge of medicine, his caring demeanor, and his recommendations. In addition, the supplements he recommends are phenomenal. He has researched the best supplements available for his patients, so that you don't need to. I would highly recommend Dr. Lang's practice.

After going here for several years I eventually decided that I could no longer tolerate the rudeness of the desk staff. They have to be the most unfriendly staff I have ever experienced in a Doctor's office.

I agree with the review below which states that Dr. Lang yelled at him. Dr. Lang has repeatedly yelled at me and on my last visit it crossed the line into verbal abuse when he said I did not want to get better because I did not believe in god and then he continued to rip me apart my character right up until the moment I left his office. I flat lined just six weeks prior due to a heart condition. He preaches god but he abuses his patients. Warning.

Dr Robert Lang, MD is available to patients, even when one sees one of his nurse practitioners or pa's. I have had some unusual questions due to an unusual medical history and he has answered them for me. He has been in over 100 clinical studies and his expertise is invaluable. He spent approximately 45 minutes with me one day, when my nurse practitioner left the practice to go back to school for a PhD. The information he gave me that day was life changing, in relation to my diagnosis. I do not know what I will do if he actually retires. I am a former pharmaceutical representative; qualified data is of the utmost importance to me. Dr Lang fulfills this requirement. Upon seeing one of his nurse practitioners or pa's, I only ask for additional information from Dr Lang when it is paramount. My understanding is that he does over sees all the patient charts, even though he has very qualified medical staff meeting with patients. Therefore, I would categorize him as hands on. I once heard… a doctor in a pediatrician's office say that it was unfortunate that a staff physician was retiring because of the knowledge that person had, after years of working as a physician. Earlier this week I asked for a referral to a bone specialist in another part of the country, for my cousin, who has a very unusual family history...he did all he could to help me, on the same day. I left the letter, and his staff called me at his direction.

It is difficult to write about Dr. Lang because he is an absentee doctor. I have been going to his for approximately 10 years but have never seen him! I think he mostly sells Vital Nutrients supplements which are available at his offices. However the staff is good and does the best they can. Unfortunately, it must be more lucrative to sell vitamins than to practice medicine.

Has a temper that for some reason he lets out on me. I even brought in a friend to find out what is the problem and the doctor got mad at him for asking what the problem is. Even worse, after a serious problem at me, he yelled at me. Being a professional myself, I find this behavior abhorrant & unconscionable, especially since it's for no resson (at least he won't tell me the reason, which is another problem). I have no trouble with any of my other doctors. I have to find another endocrinologist.

I was depressed and lethargic when Dr Lang concluded I had a malfunctioning thyroid and wasMenopausal and couldn't take the usual HRT. He corrected the situations as well recommending a reading list.

Credit he and his team with my baby girl that I waited so long for! Wonderful!!
