I had my second visit with Dr. Jackson and it was, yet again, another great experience. Dr. Jackson put me at ease, he's friendly, and very personable. He's a good doctor to talk to. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an ENT doctor.

My first experience with an ENT doctor was...interesting. The procedure that had to be done wasn't fun at all but my experience with the staff and Dr. Jackson was great. From the moment I stepped in the office, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Upon meeting Dr. Jackson, I was put at ease by his friendly demeanor. He gave me his undivided attention. Even after my exam and very unpleasant procedure, he didn't rush out to tend to his other patients. He sat with me as I asked questions and made sure to clarify the next steps so that I completely understood. And even after that he asked me if there was anything else on my mind that I needed to discuss. It was refreshing to feel like I was a priority to him. I would recommend Dr. Jackson to anyone.

Per the Front Office Staff, no service rendered if the Social Security number is not given to them. I asked for their written policy regarding their request, and I was told they don't have it and they are free to not render service, and that I was free to find another doctor.

My first impression was the cleanliness of the waiting room and the friendliness of the front office receptionist. After a short wait I was taken in to see the doctor and he was very attentive to my needs and answered all my questions. I would recommend him to my friends and I am looking forward to my next appointment.

On my recent visit to Dr. Jacksons office I found both he and his office staff very welcoming . He listened intently to my issues and explained what he wanted to do completely. When I left the office I finally felt I was going to get the answers and help I needed . Thanks

Office staff were pleasant and accommodating. Despite having to endure an uncomfortable procedure, Dr. Jackson was comforting and helped make the best out of the experience. I appreciated the results as I could breathe properly for the first time in years. He was able to help recommend cost-efficient products that would sustain the end result.
