Good bedside manner which I feel is extremely important to me.

I found the Doctor to be caring and patient. He listened to me and asked the right questions and I felt like I was going to get some help with a couple of issues. For on issue I was referred to a specialist. The specialist was called every day for a week to make an appointment. All I got was a recording, I left a message each time. I called back Dr Olson's office and requested another referral, never heard back from them. Dr Olson office was to call in a prescription for me, never happened.

They just don't make doctors like this anymore; caring, compassionate, very up on new medical issues. I would not go to anyone else! He's a real favorite with his Key West patients and with staff at Lower Keys Medical Center.

I could not make an appointment because my flight got delayed. I called to make my appointment for another day. Receptionist said "We don't re-schedule if someone cancels".
