Dr. Robert Elmer Mannherz, MD

I am 7 weeks in from total knee replacement and I have to say the recovery has been amazing! There is some pain but closely monitored and managed. Therapy is essential and difficult for recovery from home therapy to outside therapy but it works. Dr. Mannherz takes his time to discuss, address and discuss options for a solution. I have seen multiple doctors for my osteoarthritis, have had 5 arthroscopic surgeries, and am so thankful Dr. Mannherz did my surgery. Loving life again!

Far above other other physicians consulted for my wife's knee issues, making us feel personally interested - and outcome of total knee replacement could not have been better.

I didn't even get in because I couldn't get passed the receptionist. I CALLED to say I want TO make an appointment for POSSIBLE knee. Surgery. She said well you have to make an appointment before that happens. I said yes I KNOW that's why I said POSSIBLE knee Surgery. THAN we finally I thought got through that conversation. She brings up again that I have to have like a consult. I know I thought we got through that question. Then we moveto next. She asks me about my insurance. What insurance do you HAVE. I said Humana. Ok WHAT kind of Humana. I tell her Humana HMO SNP. They wad wasn't right and I understood. Wss it Medicare out Medicaid. I told her Medicaid. I said Medicare is over60 right??. She said I need to know which it IS. I said I just told YOU. LET ME tell you something. She I'm SORRY with ALL the confusion with this woman I said forget this doctor!!! I even went and got my insurance. I told her Medicare. I even read her the card information. She kept asking the question… before these. I just can't even talk ABOUT it right now. My head is so tight it's not even funny. When I hung I said forget this doctor I'm done. I swear I was patient with every question I didn't talk loud tell the last question of confusion. I didn't scream I raised my voice. Who wouldn't at that point. She said don't talk loud. That's when I have hung up. They lost 1 patient through THIS woman.

He is a wonderful surgeon and person. He tries everything before jumping into surgery. I have had a very successful rotator cuff surgery and meniscus repair. I will be returning for knee replacement surgery in the future. I wouldn't even consider going to anyone else!

My Man, Hooked me up. I can run again. I couldn't get off the couch. Surgery was Easy. Quick recovery. Torn Meniscus in both knees !

I had two knee replacements and I send everyone I know to him. Very knowledgeable, excellent bed side manner and all over great guy. Highly recommend Dr. Mannherz. I have seen multiple drs for this injury and none of them came close to his talent or skill level. Thanks. I'm able to walk again!!!

Had me back skiing in 4 1/2 months after a hip replacement. The Best!!!

Dr Mannherz has done four surgeries on me including a total knee replacement and a total hip replacement along with two shoulder surgeries. I have never trusted anyone more than I trust him, and I will be going back in the next two to three months for another full hip
