Charged an unbelievable amount of money for my first visit. This provider has poor bedside manner and did not offer any help other than coming back for more visits and offer hearing aids.

Dr. Pema is an amazing Doctor and amazing person. He is real, relational and very caring to his patients. He is easy to talk to and just is wonderful in his work. He took real good care of me during my visits and my most recent surgery. I would recommend Dr. Pema to anybody.

The most amazing doctor I have met to date. He is the kindest and most gentle doctor who listened to me. 10 out of 10. He is amazing and he’s helping me get answers to my health issues. I highly recommend him.

FIND ANOTHER PHYSICIAN!!!! This office has 0 respect for it's patients. Appointment Time: 2:30. Arrived at 2:25. (after taking off work early and getting my child out of school). The Receptionist stated that we would need to reschedule and that Dr. Pema already left. "Why would he leave? We have an appointment?" (after a back and forth for 5 minutes...) Dr. Pema walked through the lobby. (Receptionist lied) "Here he is. I guess we can have our appointment..." Dr. Pema grabbed a few things from the reception desk...and ran out the back door. Run, don't walk to another physician! You deserve respect for your time!

Except for the address and location name being incorrect on this site, once you find Dr. Pema, you're good! So if you want to go to see him, it's not Total ENT and the address is wrong. The location is Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center at 543 Taylor Avenue Suite 2115 Columbus, OH 43203 He is a really great doctor!

Dr Pema did my sinus surgery a few years ago and was excellent in his explanation of the procedure and the projected outcome which has been great. Should have seen him sooner,

visiting robert pema is a horrible experience. his whole practice evolves around the under 5 year old set. if u happen 2 b an adult u r treated like garbage. pema did surgery on me once. the scheduled time was 9AM. I got there when I was supposed to. but my operation wasn't done till 2:30PM, because Pema had to cater to all the kiddies first, if i had it to do over again i would have walked out, this is no way to do business. if pema wants 2 cater to the under 5 set he should say so and limit the practice to children. it would save every1 grief.
