my children have been going to Dr. Platner and Hammad since birth and i wouldn't change it. they are great doctors..i myself am a former patient as my parents took me to doctor Hammad when i was younger. The staff is very friendly and helpful. i would recommend this practice to other parents.

You are right about the office staff, they are slow and not to friendly, but...... the doctors , especially Dr Platner are very down to earth and friendly. Worth the wait(nobody has fun in the waiting room anyway)to get to the docs.

Drs. Platner, Hammad and Charles-May are very qualified and kind to children and parents alike. The practice would get five stars if it weren't for the sometimes violent movies they show in the waiting room; scary and inappropriate for young children. Big plus: They have walk-ins every morning.
