Dr. Robert Mark Roeshman, DO

I know others have complained about the office staff, but after seeing Dr. Roeshman for 2 years I have seen that the office staff is protecting the Dr.'s time and energy - just what you want an office staff to do. Because of my cancer diagnosis I have had regular care from 5 different Dr.s and pay very close attention to the whole picture of an office. Dr. Roeshman is absolutely wonderful, kind, soft-spoken and thinks both inside and outside the box. I am so grateful to have found him I drive 1 1/2 each way to his office and have recommended over and over again.

Wort medical office I have ever been to. Assuming the receptionist is a relative because NO ONE would hire her by choice. Dr. knowledgable but unprofessional and unorganized overall. WIll not return.

Seems smart enough. I'm maintaining an existing condition. Diagnosis isn't critical. He's a nice guy, but his communication is nonstandard. He's probably misunderstood a lot. Unintentional miscommunication = not the best bedside manner. He keeps a messy desk. I know people who are #1 in their field who do the same. If this bothers you, however, he's not the right Dr. for you.Deb & Sharon have always shown expertise in high-volume, potentially stressful jobs. Sharon is 100% professionalism. Deb is witty & charming.

Biggest issue I had was getting seen in a timely manner. In 3 visits, my average wait was over an hour, and in one instance I was asked to come back later in the day as they were running 2 hours behind.Staff very rude, and inconsistant with what policy is.Examining rooms very cluttered with honey and other keep sakes.

The staff is rude, the doctor is strange and I would not go back.

Dr. Roeshman is a brilliant man, if a bit odd, and on rare occasions, a bit gruff. Overall, he is kind and gentle with his patients, but when met with resistance, he'll give it back. His patience and persistence with tough issues such as dementia like behaviors or fearful patients are laudable. Dr. Roeshman's initial consultation goes really long so that he can get the full scope of the problem. He's also looking for behaviors that will give him clues toward diagnosis. For example, an aneurysm can increase impulsivity, or a series of mini-strokes could cause general disinterest (malaise).I have had difficulty with some anonymous supervision controlling the timing of diagnostic work. I don't know if he consults with a colleague, reports to a hospital board, or if it has to do with my *ahem* beloved *ahem* insurance company, but the diagnostic process is taking longer than I would like. However, I have full confidence in Dr. Roeshman's intellect and that of his seemingly equally… brilliant "assistant" Harold, and therefore am in it for the long hall.

This was the longest visit I have ever encountered. Not due to 1:1 with me but I was made to wait forever. When I met with him he was just ok but did not seem on top of his game.

would not go back; found someone organized and on top of my health condition.
