I arrived early for my appointment to fill out the paperwork the lady up front seemed that she was bothered that I was there she did not greet me with a good morning was rude proceeded to ask me for my driver's license insurance and list of medications then change her mind and told me rudely to go sit down and that she would call me back The lady at the front desk is the first line of personnel that a patient sees at this doctor's office not a good experience at all

Dr Mitchell is a very good doctor who really cares and LISTENS to his patients. We have been dealing with him for several years and we are very pleased with his carring and services to my family.

Dr. Mitchell is great. Very patient and attentive. His staff is rude and unwilling to help or even hear you out. Hard to get appointment even with something needing attention. Wait time in office long........

Had to have a procedure. He was very professional and follow up was fine.

Having to deal with staff for surgical clearance and they are being very difficult. Dr. Mitchell is who wants me to be seen but Stephanie and Jennifer are taking it out on me. Had other surgical appts. on the day they wanted me to come (the next day) and they got mad and told my surgical coordinator that I was uncooperative. They can actually cause me to have to change my surgery date. Hope his office manager sees this because I am very stressed over this matter. He is a wonderful doctor but have never been treated so rudely by a medical staff..........

Somewhere along his career he forgot how to listen to a new patient.ð???

Dr. Mitchell pays very close attention to my husbands needs. We really like him.

I have confidence in Dr. Mitchell. He has excellent bedside manner, takes the time to listen (and I bring in a list of what I want to discuss). Very professional. Excellent office staff.

Dr. Mitchell is always up-to-date on the latest developments.

I have sever abdominal pain and a bank account full of cash but this doctor would not see me if I gave him all the cash in the world UP FRONT. What kind of care can you get from a doctor that does not care about people first?
