Need to change an appointment? Forget it, they don't answer the phone or call you back. Dr. Saad is great, office staff lacking.

Was advised to call and identify myself as a heat failure patient.Called put on hold,has an answering service you have to get through just to talk to staff,not even the Doctor,staff does not return calls.After two weeks gave up.Finally changed doctor,dont waste your time.Staff is not worth it.

Office staff does not return phone calls for scheduling tests. Very frustrating. I would hate changing cariologists but looks like it will be necessary if I am going to get the necessary treatment.

the person or people in charge of appointments are very unprofessional. I wont come back due to them.

I have enjoyed being a patient of Dr. Saad and his staff who does the stress tests and other test in his office are very nice and professional. My only problem is with his appt. person who is not professional, forgets to even make your appointments and then gives you wrong information regarding them. I waited almost a month for her to set up outside testing to be done only to find out the time and everything else she gave me regarding it were wrong and then she yelled at me on the phone. So UNprofessional. I will not be staying with Dr. Sadd due to her, hate to try to find another cardiologist but can't deal with that type of person.

I was referred to Dr. Saad by primary care practitioner for a series of tests. Dr. Saad and his staff worked quickly and efficiently analyze my cardio-vascular health and explained every step of each test. After very short waiting times on each of several appointments, there was never any hesitation during each test process. Every member of the staff appeared to work as a well developed team. Probably the best experience I have had in a medical environment.
